For organisations, all programs are designed to achieve your desired results in a way that best fits your needs, culture and budget. No two development programs delivered by DBL are therefore ever the same!

• Online Learning – e3edge Online
e3edge Online aids a blended “web 2.0” approach to learning through delivering content, resources and facilitating conversations before, during and after programs. Ideal for complimenting workshops or as a stand-resource for your people.
DBL facilitators train participants “on the job”, at their desks, in streams of downloadable 5 minute videos with supporting materials, exercises and resources.
Staggered over set periods of time, entire programs of multiple modules are completed by participants without taking time out of the office.
Programs are accessed via personal logins. Automatic time lapse controls ensure that programs must be completed over time, not craned at the end.
With lower per-head and time costs compared to workshops, this is perfect for both centralised teams and geographically dispersed workforces.
• Keynote Talks and Briefings
Keynote talks delivered by expert speakers can be a powerful stimulus for change and worthwhile component of your development programs.
Embedding keynote talks in the structure of your development programs through breakfast functions, lunchtime briefings or conferences can be a very smart strategy to achieve three objectives, too often excluded from the design of development programs in organisations:
1.Keynotes before a program
Designed to inspire your participants about THE REAL NEED for the development program they are about to embark upon, prior to commencing. Get your participants engaged in the theme of the program, what they will gain and start the change in thinking required to succeed with the program.
2. Keynotes during a program
Delivered between workshops, these should be designed to drive key points, stimulate new thinking and build momentum throughout the program. Inspire participants to embrace the change they are experiencing as a result of the development program.
3.Keynotes after a program
Designed to ‘close’ a development program, keynotes can be a powerful way to ‘book-end’ a program in the participants hearts and minds. An inspiring keynote talk that delivers a strong ‘call to action’ is a powerful way to round off an amazing development program experience for your participants.
• Coaching and Mentoring
Coaching and mentoring is key to achieving long-term behavioural change
Our experts and trainers are available for one-on-one or group coaching and mentoring are available before, during and after your development program.
