Roz is an accomplished trainer who has completed a Graduate Diploma in Psychotherapy. Roz has worked for a number of years in this field as well as facilitating human change workshops. She enjoys assisting course participants grow and develop both personally and professionally. Roz worked for a number of years with the NSW Dept of Education before pursuing her creativity through her own business designing and manufacturing jewellery.

Other areas of Roz’s expertise include personal development, which she sees as fundamental to all leadership and management effectiveness, communication, time management skills, coaching and creating high performance teams. She has also resided several years in Europe and has an extensive understanding of the impact of cultural differences.

Roz shares personal experiences and delivers interactive programs with an emphasis on the learning experience being enjoyable.
