Katrina Harrington

Katrina's 20 year career includes experience in banking, finance and professional services, not to mention a stint in the ski resort industry. Katrina¢s roles have included human resources, training and development, recruitment and organisational change.

Katrina's facilitation experience covers all levels of organisations, from school leavers to senior management. She has designed and delivered courses from occupational health and safety to behavioural interviewing techniques and is a trained Targeted Selection facilitator. Katrina also designed, implemented and facilitated in-house assessment centres for PricewaterhouseCoopers' graduate recruitment program. Whilst working in recruitment, Katrina was president of the Australian Association of Graduate Employers (AAGE), during which time she was instrumental in the design and delivery of two annual conferences, adding event management to her list of skills. Katrina has presented sessions and facilitated workshops at a number of graduate recruitment conferences. Katrina recently facilitated the AAGE¢s National Careers Forum, an event which saw some 80 employers and university careers advisors come together to discuss topical issues and identify possible solutions.

Katrina has a degree in Psychology and a Masters of Business in Employment Relations. She left PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2005 to start her family and divides her time between her two sons and her consulting business.
