As Office/Communications Manager, Jackie provides IT and administration support to the trainers and sales team. She processes the courseware, maintains the training schedules, provides assistance and advice to clients and co-ordinates the day-to-day running of Development Beyond Learning.

After graduating from secretarial college in Northern Ireland, Jackie spent several years working and traveling in Europe before emigrating to Australia with her young family.

In Jackie’s professional career she has accumulated over 25 years in administration, including IT, Finance, Recruitment and six years in the Training industry. Jackie’s background in the IT industry has given her a keen appreciation and understanding of how a successful administration infrastructure is essential in the smooth operation of a successful organisation – and has developed DBL’s framework with this in mind.
