Darshana is an excellent trainer, specialising in Customer Service, Leadership and Teamwork Skills. She has strongly developed skills in dealing with difficult people, motivating staff and Managers in areas of performance and personal development.

Darshana has a Masters Degree in Commerce and loves to work with people. In Australia, she has worked in inventory control, procurement and accounts, also having extensive experience in Local Government within Children’s services and on Multicultural projects. Additionally, Darshana has always been committed to community service giving freely her time to the Red Cross, working with young women and youth mentoring programs and e-mentoring for high school students.

Darshana has been in Australia for over 10 years and loves this country. She also maintains strong ties with India. She has a vision of spreading the DBL philosophy in India. She loves to meet new people and to help individuals bring out the best in themselves and organisations to do the same for their employees.
