Description This program will research what people already know, filling in the gaps, accompanied by a few exercises. An accounting principles and rules overview will be presented and why these principles and rules are important and how each staff member’s contribution impacts the business is identified. Components of financial management, ie cash flow statement, fixed and variable costs, profit & loss, balance sheet and principles of deprecation costing, inventory evaluations and how to prepare financial statements are discussed.
Outcomes This program gives the participants a sound understanding of how finances work within an organisation. It allows them to realise the impacts that variances have within organisations.

Description The Intentional Project Management Programme comprimes two parts, each part consisting of 2 days. There are seven modules in part 1. It is recommended that this programme is completed as a precursor to Six Sigma Lean. The skills necessary for effective Project Management are explored here such as: • Managing scope • Managing project organisation • Managing quality • Managing cost • Managing time • Managing risk An understanding of the various project members methodologies including critical path analysis, development of Gantt charts, allocating costs and defining the project are investigated. Risk and quality management are other components of this module.
Outcomes Participants will gain a broad overview of the various concepts of project management, including overall management and an understanding of the methodologies.
