Development Beyond Learning is more than a training company. Development Beyond Learning is a development organisation committed to facilitating individual and organisational change focusing on measurable results.
We believe that sustained change occurs only when the person alters the beliefs to a new series of beliefs that support that change. If the beliefs they hold don't change, the tendency is to revert to previously held behaviours and the desired change is at best short-lived.
Development Beyond Learning uses the model of Bridges & Barricades to parallel life’s experiences. Through our life we are constantly building bridges over rough terrain and removing barricades to progress. Development Beyond Learning helps participants to do this.
Using the Bridges & Barricades learning modules, survey and assessment materials, a journey through change can be mapped and embarked upon by the participants in line with your company’s goals.
