DBL GEM

“Of all knowledge, the wise and good seek most to know themselves.” William Shakespeare

“If you can not measure it, you can not improve it.” Lord Kelvin

As a GEM is polished and the facets are cut to the exact angles that have been predetermined, the gem cutter uses specific tools and measurements to achieve the best result and the brightest GEM.

DBL GEM specialises in finding the right tools and then uses the correct measurements to ensure that the facets of the person are in line with the development required. These processes combined with our development programs, will allow you to measure the improvements over time and to see the results.

In people development there are many facets that need to be measured. This is why Development Beyond Learning believes that the tools used need to be able to measure every angle of a person's development. As there is no one tool that can do this, DBL consultants are experienced and qualified in a wide range of assessment and measurement tools - such as DiSC, LSI, MBTI and others.

Assessment and Measurement Tools

Below is a list of some the tools we currently use. If your preferred tool is not listed please tell us as it is likely DBL has the person who can assist you.
