Gary Lear
Gary has been operating as a consultant and trainer over the past 20 years. He has provided consulting and training to Manufacturing, Service Industries, Food and Wine Industry, Media, IT Industries, Utilities and Government Organisations. Gary has a passion for improving the results of companies by working with staff and managers and CEO’s to assist them in impacting company culture by focusing on individuals beliefs, then developing their skills, and providing them with motivation that allows them rise to higher levels of performance.
Gary has facilitated the growth of companies in Australia, Malaysia, China, Canada and the USA. Gary has assisted in the development and delivery of courses at Western Sydney University, and the University of Shanghai.
As a manager and consultant he has seen companies improve their bottom line by motivating teams to winning performances from what were considered, by many, as mediocre performers. Gary has proven “Competence isn’t enough if you don’t have the confidence or belief to use it.” |
